RETURNS
We are confident that you'll fall in love with your Kahili sports bra.  If you need to return it for any reason, however, we're happy to return or exchange your item within 90 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unwashed, in its original packaging with the tags still on, and be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. The next step is to contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  We also recommend contacting your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your item for any reason, send us an email through our contact page.  We do not guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be available.  

SHIPPING
To return your product, please email us through our contact page for shipping details.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not able to refund your original shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Kahili Activewear is not responsible for items lost in transit.
